Types of Breast Surgeries
Breast Augmentation
Increasing volume using silicone implants. We use the “Dual Plane” technique for the most natural transition (implant is partially under the muscle).
Breast Lift (Mastopexy)

Recovery: What to Expect
Hospital Stay (1 Night)
You will stay 1 night in the hospital for monitoring. Pain is managed with IV medication. You will wear a surgical bra.
Hotel Rest (4-5 Days)
You are discharged to your hotel. Movement is encouraged but no heavy lifting. You can explore Istanbul gently.
Final Check & Fly Home
On Day 6 or 7, the surgeon checks the healing. Stitches are usually dissolvable. You are cleared to fly.

FAQ
Can I breastfeed after implants?
Yes. We typically place the implant under the muscle (Dual Plane) or under the gland, without severing the milk ducts. Breastfeeding is safe and possible.
Will I lose sensation in my nipples?
Temporary loss of sensation is common due to swelling, but it usually returns to normal within 3-6 months as the nerves heal.
Do implants need to be replaced every 10 years?
No. Modern Mentor/Motiva implants are designed to be permanent. You only need to replace them if a complication occurs (which is rare, <1% risk).
